I am a victim of theft, lies, forgery, purgery by the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department, Local, and State Authorities.
Those involved are: Dennis O'Sullivan, Deputy Walter Coons, Officer Andrew Hart, Trooper William DiLegge, Mark Hathaway, and The State of NH, and Kimberly Jordan who is aligned with Dennis O'Sullivan.
Back in October of 2005 my horse farm (in operation since 2001) was flooded by the rains and I lost 3 of my shelters. I made arrangements to 'give away some of my horses' for their own welfare. What was a 'Natural Disaster' was turned into a 'Spiteful Headhunt' by Authorities to shut down my farm, by accusing me of Neglect. Also the neighbors made it clear that they did NOT want a horse farm in the neighborhood. The lives of my horses (mostly Registered Appaloosas) were threatened by an adjacent property owner, Raymond Michaud, and this was reported to State Trooper John Doe (Troop C) (name purposely withheld). Nothing was ever done about this by the authorities, yet shortly afterwards 4 of my horses died within 2 weeks- ALL on this property line. A hair analysis showed that the horses had 'extremely high' levels of Manganese and Iron in their systems. The Veterinarian who ran the tests said that the levels confirmed a 'NON- Accidental and Lethal Amount' of the substance. Manganese and Iron are used in the bluing of gun barrels and, Raymond Michaud works at Rugers in Newport, New Hampshire.
The tests also revealed that the horses contained 'waterborne toxicants' found in groundwater, all due to the flooding. The levels of toxicity would cause unthriftiness, skin and hair problems, as well as weight loss. I have records of purchases of all hay and grain, medications, both emergency and routine since 2001. The horses were under Veterinarian care. Deputy Donald Fontain and prior Deputy Mike Yaccano can attest to the good health of my horses, as well as other people who have seen them, over the years. All the charges against me are false. I began fighting these charges and, I believe that when it appeared that I may prevail, on April 17, 2006 I was tasered twice in the chest, as my hands were palm up asking for an explanation, in front of my grandchildren, and arrested (I found out later) for a 'supposed and unseen' traffic violation on my own deeded private road. The Trooper refused to show me an 'Arrest Warrant or even Disclose why I was being arrested. I was then taken to jail and spent 88 days in jail for lack of bail and a 'New Charge of Witness Tampering' that mysteriously appeared from nowhere. Also an indictment was issued in this 'Witness Tampering Charge', but only obtained by purgery of police officers. They apparently also convinced the Judge that 'they feared for their lives', which resulted in a High Bail, Confiscation of my Hunting Rifles, AND my NOT being able to live at my own property for nearly 'TWO YEARS!'. I was offered a 'deal' by Dennis O'Sullivan, that if I pled guilty to one count (out of 4 total) of Negligence, They would drop all they other charges, including the trumped up Felony charges. I declined at the time. They kept this going for what seemed an eternity and being forced into a corner, with only a Public Defender who seemed tired of the whole situation and told me I could not win. I eventually, feeling that I was 'Forced', reluctantly entered a NOLO Plea on July 31, 2007. I have filed several Motions since then to withdraw my 'nolo plea'. They have all been denied, except for the last one that I filed in which I still have not received an answer from the State of New Hampshire. I am of Native American Spirituality, and though may be 'strongly opinionated', am not violent. I am also a Disabled Army Veteran. They also helped themselves to my other property: two hunting dogs and my cats. They trespassed numerous times, without search warrants, and brandishing no court orders. I also have copies of Forged Documents, Forged USDA forms and other tangible evidence in these matters. The police reports that I have made over the years and my concerns have also 'mysteriously diappeared' from The Town of Unity Police Files, of which Dennis O' Sullivan and Walter Coons had access. They have caused me great financial loss, but more important to me, is that the animals in my life were my family...and they have stripped that from me. My daughter was also stripped from me because of their false charges. Someone has to stop these injustices, and I am counting on your help in these matters. I am a disabled US Army Veteran and had a horse farm since 2001. They destroyed it all using Forgery, Purgery, Lies, and broke any law they wanted. I have named the individuals in tha attached "PUBLIC" Articles. Saddly, you are named as well, due to your lack of response when I contacted you once before. You have a 'task force on crime'? Well, USE IT!!

"The Sullivan County Superior Court is and has been notorious for their blatant denial of a
Defendants motions and rights. Everyone knows that the Sullivan County Superior Court always
leans in the favor of the Prosecution, sometimes granting outragous requests in definite
violation of a Defendants Civil Rights."
